Mom's out for a walk..we were quite a sight!
Colin, Ashley, Jen Ansley, Ashley Savula
Tyler and I have had a busy week. We left on Sunday to beautiful Sea Island to meet up with our friends Jen, Ashley and my sis Ashley and all of our kids. We stayed at Jen's cottage and enjoyed all catching up! It is amazing all that happens in a short 2 years. We have all been married now 5 years (give or take a few months) and had children within the last 2 years. It was a blast to watch them all interact and Tyler definitely has a new girlfriend, Morgan Savula. They must of hugged and kisses a hundred times. Of course my sister's son Adam (5 months) was a champ hanging out with the crazy toddlers..just smiling like he always does! Well, that is what we have been up too, now just getting the house back together since I have been working and traveling....off to do more laundry!!! Have a great and Safe 4th weekend!
Love, Colin & Tyler

Good Morning! Happy Friday! Sis posted this picture of Adam to the left and I found the one of Tyler at the same age with his first experience with the "jump up!" Tyler spent lots of time working on his leg muscles with this toy and had a ball! Once he learned to swing in it by pushing off and pulling his legs up, we thought it was time to stop..he would be practically swinging from door to door! I am just amazed at how fast Adam is growing and getting older! We love these boys so much and it is such a blast to watch them grow up together! Love to everyone this beautiful Friday! Have a great weekend....Love, Colin

Happy Father's Day Grandpa!
Grandpa Ley's Favorite Boys!
Hi Friends and Family,
We just got back a bit ago from our favorite mountain retreat in Blue Ridge, Georgia. We usually spend our holidays up there because it is a great getaway and meeting place for all the family. My Aunt and uncle Jim have a cabin across from ours so we have plenty of beds and with all these babies they are filling up fast! We enjoyed the weekend with my cousin John and his wife and son, my cousin Josh, my sis and her husband Andy and baby Adam, my Aunt Caryl and Unlce Mike and Grandmother Ruth. We of course had my dad as Tyler now calls "PAPA." We had a great Father's day weekend complete with lots of food, naps and great conversation. The boys kept us all busy and we look forward to a nice relaxing week. Eric had a great father's day and is now up at the golf course finishing up "his" day. Tyler hardly made it home to his bed, he was pooped:)
Well, we love all the dads out there and hope you all had a great Father's day!

Baa Baa! at the Yellow River Game Ranch
Feeding the donkeys...just like feeding Bailey (he had no fear).
Tyler and Mom off to the Petting Zoo this morning
These donkeys could not get enough carrots..
Madison Riley and Tyler getting started at the zoo
This week I decided it would be fun to take Tyler to the petting zoo here called the Yellow River Game Ranch. We woke up this morning to 70 degree weather and it was perfect to be outside with him so off we went. We went with my friends Mandy and Ellen and their girls (Molly, Riley and Madison). We had a great time feeding the animals LOTS of crackers, carrots and peanuts. Tyler loves to feed our boxer Bailey every thing he eats and the zoo was no different, he would take a bite of the cracker and then feed the rest to the deer. These were some well fed animals (lots of hefty rabbits, deer, foxes, bears, porcipines and squirrels). You can hand feed everything and from the pictures you can see the kids really enjoyed it. Tyler is now sleeping, probably for a few hours after this busy morning. Thanks again Mandy and Ellen for joining us...your girls are so cute!
Happy Tuesday...

Good Afternoon,
Well, Tyler successfully stayed his first overnight trip to Grandpa Ley's! He did great and so did my Dad! What a treat to have my father down the street and so willing to care for him (overnight) that's huge!!! He is double booked this weekend with the grandboys..he is now in Nashville caring for Adam while Sis and Andy go celebrate a wedding for the night. Eric and I took a much needed night away and went downtown to the Four Seasons Hotel (this is actually "out of town" now since it takes us an hour to get there. We checked in, went to our favorite dinner at Vickery's and then went to the fancy hotel bar to "catch up" and enjoy some chocoloate "coca cola cake!" Yummy.
We had a great time and Thanks again Dad for the babysitting:) Enjoy your beautiful weekend!

This morning Tyler woke up and of course ran down to his "dada's" office to see if he was home, when he realized that he was not home, he started crying. So I found a picture of Eric/Dada and Tyler took the picture...says "dada" and kissed it! Priceless:) Love to all, Happy Thursday!
(This picture was taken to send to Eric's blackberry while he is away)

Mother's Day Weekend
May 2006
Last week May 2006
This morning 6/07/06

Dear Friends and Family,
After enjoying "blogging" I have decided that this site is easier to use. So we have made a switch to the blogspot. Tyler and I have been busy lately with running to the park and the pool on most days. Eric is busy traveling and enjoying his new promotion. He is now the Sales Mgr for Adidas for the South territory (texas to NC)! He is getting to do some serious traveling these days. We definitely miss him, Tyler checks his office every morning when he gets up to see if he is home. Too cute.
Well, Tyler is doing all kinds of new things. Not only is he running around the house, he is talking up a storm. He says lots of words including (Mama, Dada, Bailey, Papa, Bottle, Ruf-Ruf, Quack-Quack, No (his favorite), Cook, Cookie, Pool, Cool, Amen (mom's favorite) and so many others that we don't understand yet! His new favorite is jumping off the side of the pool to me or Eric about a 100 times in a row! This is a good workout I have found for the upper body too. We are loving this age ( he turns 16 months on Saturday). Time flies:)
Well, have a great night and here are some of our latest pictures! Love you all....Colin & Tyler
